Ntah ek.. dlm bahasa Melayu apa namanya. For now, kena panggil dgn nama yang sama. Rasanya.. manis manis kemasaman sikit. Macam.. limau kopek tu. Tapi rasberry ada bau wanginya tersendiri. You have it in a desert mixed with other fruit.. or arrange nicely pile on top of a meringue covered by pouring cream. Petiknya mesti hati hati. Buahnya lembut dan senang penyek. Tapi apa yg kita harus lebeh perhatikan ialah.. bila bebudak tu mula start lempar lempar at one another..they leave stains on the clothing.. so far, alhamdulillah.. it hasn't happened yet...Only fruit once a year in summer. Rest of the year, they are either cut right down leaving stumps awaiting for new growth in spring
Yummmzzzzzz.........
In bigger restaurants, they make it into 'coulis'. Like a sauce around desert or even a main dish.
